Simulator Learn to Drive Program.
Simulator Learn to Drive Program. Thanks to the generous support of the ACT Government’s Disability Inclusion Grant Program, Panache Driver Training is proud to launch our long-anticipated Simulator Learn to Drive Program.
This innovative initiative builds on our long-running, multi-award-winning Special Needs Learn to Drive Program and represents a significant step forward in accessible, confidence-focused driver education.
We also had the great pleasure of demonstrating our driving simulator in action to Minister Suzanne Orr, showcasing firsthand how this technology supports inclusive learning and builds confidence for learner drivers.
A Safer Way to Start Driving. Grant funding has enabled us to design and deliver a groundbreaking, portable driving simulator that offers learners a highly realistic driving experience—without the pressure or risk of real-world traffic.
Our state-of-the-art simulator uses advanced technology to immerse students in a wide range of driving environments, scenarios, and conditions. Participants can safely learn and practise essential driving concepts, decision-making, and hazard awareness while building confidence in a calm, controlled setting.
This approach is particularly beneficial for learners who experience anxiety, sensory overload, or reduced confidence when first getting behind the wheel.
Learn at Your Own Pace. The Simulator Learn to Drive Program can be combined with at-home practice using a MyDriveSchool licence, allowing students to continue learning and refining skills in their own time. This prepares learners for real-world driving alongside parents or carers, creating a smoother and more confident transition to on-road lessons.
The program has been meticulously designed with safety, enjoyment, accessibility, and affordability at its core. It also helps reduce the stress and concern many parents feel as their child begins their driving journey.
Proven Confidence-Building Results: Research consistently shows the benefits of simulator-based driver training. Students who participate in simulator learning report:
